130 Jane Street is a pre-war building in New york's historic Greenwich Village. standing on a cobble stone and tree-lined street with views of the hudson that are unparalleled, It is the quintessential New York address. United Cabs had the pleasure of renovating its outdated elevator cab. Seamlessly blending back painted laminated glass with wire mesh, the elevator cab gives off an abstract art deco feel. 

 
 

The materials involved include the following

  • Ceiling: faced with Stainless steel.

  • Lighting: Four (4) l.e.d down lights with round chrome trims.

  • Upper Wall Panels: Seven (7) upper panels faced with safety laminated back painted glass. Glass is framed with stainless steel angles.

  • Lower Wall Panels: Three (3) lower panels faced with architectural wire mesh. panels are framed with stainless steel angles.

  • Chair Rails: Three (3) stainless steel chair-rails, one on each wall which divides the upper and lower panels.

  • Handrails: Three (3) stainless steel handrails.

  • frieze, Reveals, Base, & fronts: Faced with stainless steel.

  • Doors: faced with stainless steel.

  • Floors: faced with Parterre floor.
