1 Brooklyn Bay

1 Brooklyn Bay is Sheepshead Bay's newest luxury building and just so also happens to be it's tallest, soaring 320 feet above all the McMansions and prewar buildings populating the predominantly Eastern European neighborhood. Designed by Perkins Eastman, 1 Brooklyn Bay is gleaming with luxury amenities and it's four new elevators are no exception. Decked out from floor to ceiling in architectural mesh, the building's elevators are the epitome of style, at least for the vertical transportation industry. The GKD Metals Herringbone 3 wall panels give structure and edge to the cab while the exaggerated height adds a drama and a sense of grandeur.
